About This Role
- Lead and monitor project management activities for customer deliveries in Cloud and Security domains to improve customer experience, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Plan and execute hardware provisioning, application deployments, and resource allocation across projects of varying complexity while guiding procurement lifecycle and technical teams.
- Drive customer and vendor performance reviews, monitor project KPIs, resolve escalations, and collaborate across business units to ensure successful project delivery and timely revenue realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in technical support or project delivery in the technology industry.
- BTech or Diploma required; MBA preferred.
- Expertise in integrated service delivery for complex and large projects in Cloud and Cyber Security domains.
- Skills in service delivery, project management, budgeting, cost management, and financial planning.
