About This Role
- Lead and monitor project management activities for customer deliveries in Hybrid Network Services to improve customer experience, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Plan execution of various projects including hardware planning, procurement lifecycle, resource allocation, and application deployments.
- Drive stakeholder management including customer reviews, vendor performance, issue escalation, and continuous process improvements to achieve project KPIs and smooth handover to operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in technical support and project delivery in the technology industry.
- BTech or Diploma required; MBA preferred.
- Expertise in service delivery of complex and large projects, with knowledge of SD-WAN, vendor and contract management.
- Skills in resource planning, governance risk & compliance, project management, and financial planning.

- Experienced leader able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with emphasis on delivery excellence and operational efficiency.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to oversee budgeting, cost control, and drive faster revenue realization.
- Capable of mentoring technical and program teams, conducting vendor and customer performance reviews, and implementing process improvements.
