About This Role
- Own end-to-end governance and delivery management of the India PMO hub including cadence, stage-gates, RAID, and reporting aligned with Dubai leadership.
- Define, mature, and operationalize the India hub operating model, including ways of working, tooling, and cross-location rhythms, ensuring team onboarding and steady-state operation.
- Lead the India team and manage delivery SLAs (task completion, timesheet compliance, reporting timelines), comms, change management, and enforce information security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in PMO, programme management, transformation delivery, or leadership of capability centers/delivery hubs at Senior Manager level.
- Direct experience in setting up and running offshore or nearshore delivery hubs or capability centers (GCC/GDC) from mobilisation through steady-state.
- Hands-on expertise with PMO tools for work management and reporting such as Monday.com, Jira, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet, Clarity, and Power BI dashboarding.
