About This Role
- Process orders and raise/send invoices for multiple subscription products and services globally.
- Ensure revenue and invoice accuracy while adhering to procedures and controls, supporting Sales, Credit Control, and senior management.
- Resolve invoice queries timely, maintain customer accounts in PeopleSoft, and support billing process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-entity billing function, ideally within an international organisation.
- Knowledge of tax rules and indirect taxes in Asia (UK VAT, Singapore GST, Japan consumption tax, China VAT, India GST) is required.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Excel, Adobe, and Google applications.
- Work Experience Required: Experience explicitly mentioned in billing and finance roles; Asia regional experience is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones with some flexibility in working hours.
- Detail-oriented and numerate with strong understanding of financial controls and billing processes in an international context.
- Familiar with media industry billing and subscription models, able to manage deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
