About This Role
- Own and execute end-to-end internal controls for Bosch's global foreign trade import operations using company IT compliance platforms.
- Serve as Single Point of Contact coordinating internal controls and compliance risk management across regional teams.
- Lead and enable Internal Control Analysts to complete control cycles, analyze deviations, and drive continuous improvement processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Internal Controls, preferably with global team collaboration.
- Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Strong functional knowledge of Foreign Trade regulations, Import Operations, and trade compliance principles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
