Proficiency with HR tools such as Darwinbox, Fresh Services and MS Suite, and working knowledge of HRIS and Excel.
Job location is Bangalore.
Experienced in managing operational HR functions with strong coordination skills to handle multiple concurrent priorities reliably.
Comfortable leveraging HR automation, AI tools, and data analytics to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
Background in fast-paced tech or SaaS companies with demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and support culture-building efforts.
