About This Role
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding ensuring accuracy, compliance and positive employee experience.
- Manage coordination with multiple departments (IT, Workplace, HR, Finance) to deliver timely and accurate HR operations including clearance, documentation, payroll inputs and data governance.
- Drive site-level employee engagement and culture initiatives, track engagement metrics, and partner on lifecycle initiatives utilizing HR tools and data analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding or generalist roles, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with HR tools such as Darwinbox, Fresh Services and MS Suite, and working knowledge of HRIS and Excel.
- Job location is Bangalore.

- Experienced in managing operational HR functions with strong coordination skills to handle multiple concurrent priorities reliably.
- Comfortable leveraging HR automation, AI tools, and data analytics to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
- Background in fast-paced tech or SaaS companies with demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and support culture-building efforts.
