About This Role
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of highly scalable, available, and reliable applications impacting critical business objectives.

Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in product-based companies, preferably including product startups.
- Strong technical expertise in scalable web backend, streaming, full stack development, and handling production/performance issues across various platform technologies.
- Experience in hiring and scaling engineering teams with leadership and communication skills.
- Fully remote role open to candidates residing anywhere in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with complex, highly transactional systems involving large relational databases and scalable architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agile teams and coordinate with stakeholders (designers, analysts, product managers).
- Background in startups or product companies with a strong vision towards growing products and engineering organizations.
