About This Role
- Own and manage Salesforce CRM administration including user access, configuration changes, data quality, and support desk operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
- Lead coordination between business teams and IT to ensure effective implementation of Salesforce projects and maintain integrated third-party tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years overall work experience with minimum 4-5 years as Salesforce Administrator.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or Advanced Administrator certification mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, sales data management, Salesforce reports, Salesforce configuration including Flow and approval processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise Salesforce implementations with a focus on operational efficiency and user experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and driving data governance and audit.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing integrated business applications within telecom or similar domain environments.
