About This Role
- Participate in a 16-week paid Return to Work program based in Bengaluru starting January 2027.
- Be placed in business units aligned to your skills with continuous training, mentorship, and professional development support.
- Opportunity to return to permanent employment in roles across Technology and Operations with practical application of existing corporate experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of corporate work experience.
- Currently on a career break of at least two years as of January 2027.
- Interest in returning to work on a permanent basis.
- Specific technical or domain skills include but are not limited to: Java, Python, Full Stack, AWS, Cloud Security, KYC, AML, Trade Support, etc. (varies by placement).
