About This Role
- Participate in a 16-week paid Return to Work program at Morgan Stanley's Mumbai office starting January 2027.
- Be placed in business units aligned with your skills and experiences across Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investment Management, or Wealth Management.
- Receive continuous training, mentorship, and professional development to reintegrate into the workforce and return on a permanent basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently on a career break of at least two years as of January 2027 program start date.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate work experience.
- Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis.
- Technical or domain skills in areas such as Technology (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Security), Operations (e.g., KYC, AML, Settlements), Finance (e.g., Reporting, FP&A), Legal & Compliance, Investment Management, or Wealth Management; specific preferred skills listed but not strictly mandatory.
