About This Role
- Guide and advise Delivery Partners and clients throughout the Fluent Commerce OMS implementation lifecycle, from discovery to Go Live.
- Assist in requirement gathering, backlog creation, solution design, and promote best practices and standards across projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and act as a liaison within the Fluent Commerce organization to ensure project excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years as a consultant in complex commerce/digital projects with vendor professional services or systems integrator experience.
- Experience with SDLC including agile delivery, backlog development, user story writing/reviews, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
- Knowledge of Distributed Order Management, PIM, WMS, Global Inventory Management, Customer Service tooling, Payments, Carriers, Returns/Supply Logistics.
- Role based in India; fully remote work setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-vendor digital commerce implementations and solutioning within software product frameworks.
- Skilled in facilitating solution workshops, reviewing functional specifications and architectural designs, and conducting solution scoping and estimation.
- Familiar with Fluent Commerce or similar OMS platforms (Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Mainstreet OMS); comfortable using Gen AI tools and modern integration and development frameworks.
