About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations including processing from customer inquiry, sales order, delivery to invoicing and cash application.
- Analyze operational data reports, reconcile transactions, and optimize working capital through real-time visibility and streamlined billing processes.
- Oversee cash application processes such as applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and coordinating with customers to resolve cash application queries.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of relevant work experience in Order to Cash operations.
- Any Graduation degree required.
- Primary skill in Order to Cash (OTC) - P4 level.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling moderately complex problem-solving and adapting existing processes to create new solutions in OTC.
- Capable of managing small teams or work efforts with direct impact on team goals.
- Familiar with working under guidance from senior management and interacting with peers and client management levels.
