About This Role
- Build, evolve, and maintain secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud platform infrastructure, primarily on AWS, integrating best practices across Engineering, Security, and FinOps.
- Design and architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, manage Kubernetes environments (EKS, AKS, GKE), and build CI/CD pipelines establishing DevOps and DevSecOps standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead complex technical decisions to reduce platform risk, and facilitate self-service capabilities through platform engineering tools like Backstage.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure engineering experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure with strong networking knowledge (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateways, BGP, OSPF).
- 2+ years experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible and automation platforms (AWX, Ansible Tower, Terragrunt); scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- 2+ years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) with knowledge of security best practices including secrets management and compliance.
- 2+ years of Kubernetes administration (preferably EKS) including networking, RBAC, pod security, and service mesh integration. Work Experience Required: Explicitly stated as 4+ years cloud infrastructure engineering.
