About This Role
- Lead coordination and management of virtual and onsite educational training sessions for healthcare clients, including scheduling, client communication, and logistics.
- Manage client data and project plans using CRM, LMS, and Smartsheet; ensure compliance with contract terms and organizational policies.
- Support and improve educational service delivery workflows and documentation, escalate LMS issues, and track education metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management and as a project coordinator/trainer.
- Experience with SaaS technology implementation or support, client relationship management, and client-facing roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) and project management tools (Smartsheet).
- Ability to support customers during USA Central time zone business hours (8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex client education projects within healthcare or health informatics sectors, capable of handling recurring client relationships and issue resolution.
- Skilled in applying project management methodologies, including risk and conflict management, with capability to work independently and implement process improvements.
- Comfortable using enterprise AI tools for productivity enhancements and adapting to dynamic, cross-time-zone work environments.
