About This Role
- Administer and configure Workday HRIS to optimize global HR business processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends improving management decision making.
- Manage HRIS projects end-to-end, including business case development, resource planning, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Workday system administration and HRIS support required.
- Experience in HR systems integration and troubleshooting must be demonstrated.
- Project management skills including scope, risk, and communication management are required.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
