About This Role
- Design, develop, debug, unit test, and maintain high-performance Java (Java 11+) applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end technical solutions including architectural and design decisions ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex incidents, and contribute to technical planning and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3.5 to 5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Proficient in Java 11+, Spring, Spring Boot, and writing JUnit tests using Mockito/Powermock.
- Graduation required; accurate educational qualification to be captured.
- Experience with RESTful webservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, logging frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in solving complex backend development challenges and making scalable architecture decisions.
- Capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members in code quality and best practices.
- Familiar with cloud technologies, code quality tools (e.g., Sonarqube), caching mechanisms, and modern software engineering methodologies.
