About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of Air-Gapped Controller platform for disconnected environments with feature parity to connected deployments.
- Build and manage lifecycle solutions such as installation, upgrades, patching, backup/restore, disaster recovery.
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready capabilities and drive engineering excellence including operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems or cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Strong programming skills preferably in Go, Python, or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, Linux, Helm, Operators, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with deployment automation, CI/CD, debugging, and operating production systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead with demonstrated ability to architect and drive development of complex infrastructure platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise operating Kubernetes-based distributed systems with focus on high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Proven collaborator who effectively works with cross-functional teams including support, security, and product to improve platform reliability and long-term technical roadmap.
