About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent Salesforce projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project governance, financials, risk, and change management using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Serve as primary client delivery contact, presenting updates and managing expectations while protecting both client outcomes and company margins.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience managing multiple Salesforce delivery engagements (Project Manager or Delivery Manager roles).
- Proficient in Salesforce platform knowledge including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; coding skills not required but must challenge design.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall delivery models and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days office/week) in Pune, Nagpur, or Indore locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions at senior levels in consulting or SI partner environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted delivery tools and interest in leveraging AI in project delivery and reporting is advantageous.
