About This Role
- Lead end-to-end global Record-to-Report (RTR) operations ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting across multiple geographies.
- Build and manage a high-performing RTR team (10–14 professionals), driving standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and strong financial controllership.
- Own financial close quality, balance-sheet governance, audit readiness, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve RTR issues and support finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, ICWA or equivalent).
- 14+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience with significant RTR operations and financial controllership in a multinational environment.
- Experience with enterprise finance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leader managing multi-entity, multi-geography RTR operations in GCC, GBS, or shared-services environment with demonstrated success in close performance improvements.
- Experienced in leveraging ERP platforms and automation/AI technologies to enhance finance operations and controls.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate and escalate issues effectively across senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
