14+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience with significant RTR operations and financial controllership in a multinational environment.
Experience with enterprise finance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
Proven leader managing multi-entity, multi-geography RTR operations in GCC, GBS, or shared-services environment with demonstrated success in close performance improvements.
Experienced in leveraging ERP platforms and automation/AI technologies to enhance finance operations and controls.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate and escalate issues effectively across senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
