About This Role
- Collect and analyze operational data from cross-functional teams to assess business performance and identify trends.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to support decision making and strategic planning.
- Recommend operational policy enhancements and support capacity planning through data-driven insights and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience: 2-5 years with Master's degree or 4-7 years with Bachelor's degree.
- Mandatory Skills: Expertise in SQL, data management, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Python and SSIS for report generation and data refreshes.
- Preferred Domain Knowledge: Banking domain experience and understanding of banking products and operations.

- Analyst with strong technical expertise in SQL, data warehousing, BI platforms, and automation scripting aligned to banking operations.
