About This Role
- Own product management for critical digital tools including mobile sales apps, customer service portals, and operational apps.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for digital products: build communication for field teams, engage senior leaders for buy-in, and organize launches.
- Analyze user data post-launch to resolve issues, drive adoption, and develop feature roadmaps with sales and operations leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital tools product management, sales of financial products, or IT project management.
- MBA with sales and marketing understanding, seasoned salesperson with financial products knowledge, or engineer with IT project expertise.
- Experience with Agile methodology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon Head Office.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles in sales or operations domains within financial services.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle cross-functional stakeholder communication and field team engagement.
