About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis across application development life cycle for digital onboarding and issuance applications.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technology teams to design scalable, secure solutions covering onboarding, issuance, underwriting, policy administration, document management, and integrations.
- Lead functional aspects of SIT/UAT, manage change impact and support budget tracking for application development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in design and development of B2B, B2C applications with backend integration.
- BTech degree from a reputed institute.
- Experience in architecting and delivering at least 2-3 large projects.
- Work Location: Gurgaon HO.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise in designing scalable, high-performance applications with integration experience in insurance domain preferred.
- Experience working in reputed organizations or startups with exposure to individual life insurance product launches is a plus.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and architecture teams.
