About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce-based solutions including analysis, design, customization, and deployment.
- Develop and deliver Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration work packages while adhering to SDLC and best practices.
- Handle code review, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and oversee deployment activities including CI/CD implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Force.com ecosystem, including Salesforce.com, Salesforce1, Force.com platform, and AppExchange apps.
- Salesforce certifications required: App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2.
- Experience with integration, data migration, and deployment following SDLC processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile project environments with strong end-to-end Salesforce delivery background.
- Capable of collaborating with multiple product vendors and cross-functional teams for complex integrations.
- Able to define Salesforce rollout strategies aligned with business/IT drivers including migration, transformation, or consolidation.
