Degree in B.E, MCA, MBA, or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience in Group life insurance product launches and domain knowledge in Group insurance products is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering 2-3 large insurance domain projects, preferably in group insurance and related product launches.
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills managing outsourced teams and working with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, insurance system architecture, and end-to-end application design with backend integrations.
