About This Role
- Collaborate with multi-regional stakeholders to assess regulatory reporting data needs and propose effective solutions involving Product, Technology, and Corporate teams.
- Conduct and independently manage complex data analysis activities including data quality, lineage, governance, and reconciliation to ensure regulatory data compliance.
- Govern roll out of strategic operating models and support regulatory changes while identifying and driving process improvements across financial products.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in financial services, consulting, technology, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, data management, and requirements gathering supporting business objectives.
- Experience in Product & Program Management and Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of AI & GenAI applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with complex cross-regional data integration and regulatory programs, especially within financial markets context.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interdependencies across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
- Technically proficient in SQL, Databricks, Alteryx, Tableau and skilled in data governance and big data platforms.
