About This Role
- Work directly with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives, coordinate meetings, and track business priorities.
- Manage daily operations including workflows, SOPs, CRM and sales operations, vendor and partner management.
- Oversee project coordination and reporting, ensuring timely deliverables, operational efficiency, and accurate management dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 2–6 years in operations, project management, founder office, consulting operations, or business coordination.
- Location Requirement: Raipur (Hybrid).
- Mandatory skills include advanced Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software knowledge.
- Degree Preferred: Graduate/MBA preferred but not strictly mandatory.
