Experienced leader capable of coaching and developing a high-performing strategic sourcing team across multiple indirect categories.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and stakeholder needs.
Strong collaboration skills with legal, risk, finance, and business units to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and supplier performance optimization in a regulated corporate environment.
