About This Role
- Oversee operations and ensure compliance across 4-5 Records and Information Management (RIM) warehouse sites.
- Monitor operational KPIs and analyze MIS and Google Sheets data to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and manage in-house staff and outsourced vendors to maintain SLAs, TATs, and resolve client escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of team leadership experience with 3-5 years managing multiple operational sites in logistics or service industry.
- Graduate degree required; MBA in Operations highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Records and Information Management (RIM), and proficiency in MIS reporting and Google Sheets.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years as specified in leadership and multi-site management.
