About This Role
- Manage data quality and data governance activities for customer account data across Salesforce and finance systems.
- Perform routine data validation, data cleansing, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
- Document data definitions and procedures and ensure compliance with data governance policies supporting quality initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or related data operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience with customer account data maintenance including account setup, data cleansing, hierarchy research, and discrepancy identification.
- Experience with business applications and data management tools; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has practical experience working directly with customer master data and supporting business processes involving Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Operates well in a small, collaborative team supporting continuous improvement and governance processes.
- Comfortable working in an operational data governance role requiring attention to detail and process compliance in a data-driven environment.
