About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and commercial performance for engineering services in Electricity Transmission & Distribution, including digital transformation and workforce planning.
- Manage client governance with SLA/KPI oversight, risk management, and executive-level performance reviews across multiple engineering domains.
- Drive operational tech development for desktop and mobile digital sites using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree mandatory.
- 16 to 25 years of experience, with minimum 15 years managing large engineering or professional services delivery portfolios.
- Proven P&L ownership with financial and commercial management expertise.
- Experience required in Utilities Transmission & Distribution sector and knowledge of OFGEM regulatory framework.

- Experienced in leading large-scale engineering service delivery with strategic accountability for financials, client engagement, and workforce strategy.
- Skilled in managing complex client relationships at senior executive (C-Level) stakeholding and governance.
- Strong background in transformation initiatives, digital engineering, advanced analytics, and operational process improvements in utility or related sectors.
