About This Role
- Analyze and develop comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform hands-on functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing specifically on Odoo ERP modules and workflows.
- Manage defect lifecycle and collaborate with development teams to ensure quality release sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Hands-on software testing experience including manual testing; automation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Domain Expertise: Strong experience testing Odoo ERP applications and business workflows explicitly required.
- Skills: Knowledge of QA methodologies, test management tools, defect logging and lifecycle tracking, plus Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills mandatory for coordination with cross-functional teams.

- Experienced enterprise application QA professional with specialized expertise in Odoo ERP testing.
- Detail-oriented tester capable of managing multiple test scenarios, documenting defects, and ensuring end-to-end process coverage.
- Able to mentor junior QA members and effectively communicate testing status and risks across diverse stakeholders.
