Minimum 3+ years of overall software engineering experience.
Strong experience in Go programming language.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic software pipeline setup.
Ability to understand and work with complex codebases and run/modify/testing real-world projects locally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with high-quality public GitHub repositories and open-source project contributions or evaluations.
Hands-on software engineer comfortable with environment automation and quality assessment in coding projects.
Capable of collaborating with researchers and potentially leading a team on LLM and software engineering evaluation projects.
