Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale .NET applications within retail, supply chain, or logistics environments, especially warehouse and distribution center operations.
Strong technical leadership skills with ability to mentor engineers, define engineering standards, and drive cross-functional vendor collaboration.
Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve warehouse operations, production support, and operational analytics, with situational leadership in Agile delivery settings.
