About This Role
- Conduct month-end analytical reviews to ensure accuracy of financial statements and prepare various reports.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to mitigate financial and business risks, including regulatory reporting compliance.
- Automate and enhance data processes and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau, supporting senior management decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years work experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis including experience with regulatory reporting (US Fed/SEC) and internal controls.
- Experience with data transformation and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years; Shift Timing: 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm (IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present complex information clearly to management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business finance, risk, technology, and control functions.
- Familiarity with machine learning/AI-driven data analytics and financial systems like SAP and Hyperion Essbase.
