Strong understanding of ITIL framework (preferably ITIL 4 certified) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experienced managing high-severity incident resolution with strong cross-functional coordination across technical and business teams.
Capable of developing and maintaining automated monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems tailored for senior leadership consumption.
Skilled in data analysis and storytelling to extract insights for decision-making and continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
