About This Role
- Lead and own the Digital Testing Services Center of Excellence including full stack testing (functional and non-functional) for web, mobile, API, etc.
- Set up and operationally manage Digital Testing & Automation practice with responsibility for people, tools, processes, and budgets.
- Define and execute quality strategies, policies, and KPIs to optimize business operations, reduce costs via automation, and improve software release quality and speed-to-market.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in Quality Assurance domain.
- At least 6 years of hands-on automation leadership experience within a Center of Excellence.
- Minimum 5 years as a test lead managing QA for multiple/complex projects.
- Experience creating and executing Test Strategies, including proficiency with Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon, QTP, Appium, Postman, Browserstack, JIRA, and operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
