About This Role
- Own end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for AI-driven mobile app features targeting customer and business impact.
- Translate business and user insights into product requirements; lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to deliver digital tools across sales, operations, and employee applications.
- Monitor product KPIs post-launch and drive adoption strategies, collaborating closely with marketing and operations to optimize user experience and resolve production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years experience in digital product/program management, digital platforms, or consulting, preferably within financial services or related industries.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira; understanding of mobile/web technologies and API integrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 institute preferred.
- Location: Gurgaon (Home Office Branch)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing AI-first or AI-driven product features with a combination of product thinking and technical understanding.
- Capable of owning complete product lifecycle including user research, backlog grooming, sprint delivery, and stakeholder management at senior level.
- Comfortable working in technology-dependent, consumer-focused environments with exposure to Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
