About This Role
- Develop and deploy machine learning solutions across the life insurance value chain to support business operations.
- Work with large data sets to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and support business model decisions.
- Monitor and ensure model performance, explore new AI techniques, and present findings to key business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Masters degree (MTech/ME/MSC) in Computer Science, IT, or quantitative discipline from Tier 1/2 institutes such as IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS.
- Proficient in Python programming; experience with machine learning libraries like PySpark, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow.
- Experience with end-to-end deployment of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms (e.g., Logistic Regression, Random Forest, SVM, XGBoost).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing AI/ML technologies with strong mathematical and algorithmic foundations.
- Capable of working independently in a lean team and delivering in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing (GPU/TPU) is advantageous but not explicitly required.
