About This Role
- Drive delivery and standardisation of Group FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Own data quality assurance and reporting excellence to ensure accuracy and completeness before Group dissemination.
- Collaborate closely with Group FP&A and Central Services to embed best-practice processes and enhance Anaplan-driven analytics and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent experience with professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in international/multi-cultural organisations and commercial finance supporting senior stakeholders.
- Experience in report writing, financial analysis, and business partnering in a change-driven, growth-focused environment.
- Legal right to work in India, Poland, Nigeria, or Malaysia; proficient written and verbal English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating multi-cultural, international finance environments with senior stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in driving process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement in FP&A functions.
- Familiar with Anaplan and ERP financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) with a strong orientation towards improving finance transformation initiatives.
