About This Role
- Lead financial strategy and operations for Rail & Inland Terminals with accountability for P&L, balance sheet, and working capital management.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives by analyzing top expense lines and standardizing costs across terminals, including vendor renegotiation and process improvements.
- Develop and monitor financial performance dashboards, reports on asset utilization, profitability, and ECL recovery; provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and board.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience with strong background in financial management and analysis.
- Proven experience in financial strategy development and implementation, and knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software/tools for reporting and analysis; effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
