About This Role
- Lead delivery of standardized FP&A reporting and ensure high data quality for global Indirects portfolio covering Professional Services and Network Indirects.
- Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles' technical setup, providing initial variance analysis and narrative for Business Partnering teams.
- Champion process excellence and automation using tools like Anaplan to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and operational alignment with Business Decision Support (BDS).
Minimum Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory professional finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and Anaplan certifications (Model Builder Level 3/Solution Architect).
- Experience operating in international and multicultural organizations with commercial finance and business partner support to senior stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: Demonstrable experience in commercial finance within organizations undergoing change and growth.

- Experienced in managing complex indirect cost reporting and financial planning in global/multicultural environments.
- Skilled in implementing automated financial systems and process improvements, especially with Anaplan and financial transformation.
- Proficient in producing detailed variance analysis and collaborating closely with business decision support teams to inform strategic financial decisions.
