About This Role
- Monitor and maintain health of processing environments on Linux and Windows, ensuring production stability and job processing volume.
- Perform first-level triage and troubleshooting of application issues via internal dashboards; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Automate manual processes, optimize existing executions, and support cross-team problem resolution under 24/7 rotational shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux environments, including command line; familiarity with SQL and scripting languages (preferably Python).
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in monitoring and supporting BigData processing environments (Hadoop, AWS, Greenplum).
- Comfortable executing and validating ad-hoc jobs and custom requests in a timely manner.
- Skilled in problem-solving with technical analytical capabilities and able to collaborate effectively across global teams.
