Strong knowledge of securities settlement, cash and liquidity, reconciliation, corporate actions, income processes within global or direct custody environments.
Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, test scenarios, SOPs, training materials, vendor engagement, implementation readiness, risk and control design, operational handover.
Senior level professional with deep operational and business design experience in European securities custody and post-trade environments, especially T2S and Direct Custody models.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, Vendors, and Market Infrastructures.
Strong analytical skills with ability to convert complex market, client, and regulatory requirements into scalable and controlled operating models and technology solutions.
