About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Desk Managers to meet input/output goals and control attrition within allowed limits.
- Ensure timely resolution of field queries and provide support for escalations, collaborating with RM and ZVP to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Head-Sales Desk in driving organizational initiatives like In-sighting activities and Surveys, and maintain weekly governance of the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Location requirement: Gurugram Digital Centre.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in team leadership with a focus on performance analysis and goal achievement in sales environments.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and escalation management involving senior stakeholders (RM, ZVP).
- Capable of coaching and developing team members with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
