Senior Functional Consultant

Serve as subject-matter expert on Investment Management Solutions and Technology during implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring client onboarding, solution configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.

Lead complex solution design discussions translating investment, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable configurations, and provide architectural and functional guidance to project teams.

Educate clients on solution functionality, advise on best practices, mentor junior consultants, support product management with feedback, and act as point of escalation for complex functional issues.

12+ years of experience implementing financial or investment management solutions, preferably with order management and compliance solutions.

Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematical Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical/business discipline.

Willingness and ability to travel 20-30%, including regional and global client sites.

Work Experience Required: 12+ years in mission-critical investment management solutions implementation.

Deep expertise in at least one investment management domain within Investment Management Solutions and Technology, with strong ability to link technology decisions to investment, risk, and operational outcomes.

Experienced in leading delivery excellence and client advisory functions simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment, with high professional maturity engaging senior client stakeholders.

Ability to provide functional leadership across projects, enhance internal capability through mentoring, and influence product roadmap through structured domain feedback.
