Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Experience required in application development, configuration, system integration, data processing, and cloud-based implementations.
Deep domain expertise in capital markets technology projects including Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management systems.
Proven track record of delivering complex implementations with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical proficiency combined with ability to mentor junior team members and uphold engineering and quality standards within a global delivery environment.
