About This Role
- Develop and implement new account acquisition strategies focusing on partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions in the BFSI segment.
- Lead project management activities including designing acquisition pitches, responding to RFPs, commercial structuring, and legal agreements.
- Map and engage prospective accounts, build and sustain key relationships, track competition strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDA).
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree.
- 5-7 years of relevant business development experience in life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, or BFSI sector.
- Strong experience in designing and selling complex/group insurance solutions and managing acquisition processes.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in related field; Location: Chennai; Knowledge of IRDA regulations desirable.

- Experienced in handling complex business development and project management roles within BFSI or insurance domains with strong market network.
- Capable of independently managing end-to-end acquisition processes including RFP response, commercial proposals, and relationship management.
- Analytical, process-oriented with skills in competition mapping, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance.
