About This Role
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for distribution and operations roles across the US market focusing on passive candidate recruitment and profiling.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates using ATS, Boolean search techniques, market research, and relationship management.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, timelines, and tracking processes to meet hiring goals and SLAs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1-3+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and X-ray search.
- Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring with strong experience in candidate generation and engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in recruiting for finance and non-technical roles with understanding of candidate fit, motivation, and market intelligence.
- Skilled in Boolean and advanced search methods to source passive candidates in niche fields.
- Comfortable working in a remote role across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon, with shift timings 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
