About This Role
- Manage end-to-end distribution compensation processes including commission calculation, validation, disbursement, and month-end provisions closure.
- Oversee commission and reward reconciliation, settlement, and regulatory & management reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and IRDA regulations.
- Drive commission setup management, automation of premium & payout reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and support statutory and internal audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduate in Commerce and/or MBA.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector finance roles involving commission and reinsurance.
- Strong accounting knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel and Access for complex calculations.
- Experience in managing regulatory submissions related to commissions and rewards, specifically IRDA requirements.
