Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Kubernetes, virtualization, security (ACL, IAM, cloud identity), HTTP, and APIs.
Experienced in troubleshooting infrastructure-related GCP issues and providing high-touch support to enterprise customers.
Able to handle technical escalations and guide a support team with maintaining performance metrics.
Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, and product/technical support environment, capable of collaborating with engineering teams for bug resolution.
